Fernwood Glen Health is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system.
