Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vale Markets and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
