Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 628 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
