Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Drift Health provides primary and specialty care in Austin, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
