Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Wilder Property Management looks after rental homes across the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Austin. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
