Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ember Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
