Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Stone Freight is a Austin logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
