Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Austin, TX)

Nova West Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
