Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Umber Civic Services and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
