Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Austin, TX)

Northwind Ridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Austin, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
