Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Amber Pharma and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
