Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Quill Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 226 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
