Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Union Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
