Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Anchorage, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
