Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Anchorage, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
