Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Northwind Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
