Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Arts Center and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
