Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Corner Construction Partners is a Tucson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
