Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving document review. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
