Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Forge Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
