Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
