Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Wilder Auto Group is a Tucson company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
