Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
