Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Tucson working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
