Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tucson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
