Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Corner Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
