Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Drift Telecom and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
