Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around St. Louis design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification.
