Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
