Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Cedar Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
