Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Seattle region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
