Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Lantern Housing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
