Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Ember Staffing Group places workers with employers around San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
