Bright Beacon Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
