Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Wren Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Diego area. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
