Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone North Community Partners is a nonprofit in San Antonio supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
