Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
