Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Loom Auto Group is a San Antonio company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
