Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Sable Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
