Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Quill Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
