Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Pike Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
