Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Pine Community Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
