Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Junction Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Sacramento and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
