Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Vista Manufacturing is a Rochester manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 252 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
