Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Orchard Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Rochester working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification.
