Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Rochester, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
