Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Rowan Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
