Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

Rivermark Orchard Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Richmond design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 550 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
