Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pine Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
