Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

Summit Lakeside Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Richmond, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
